1. Content of the online proposition
The author provides no guarantee for the timeliness, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author are categorically excluded that relate to material or non-material damage caused by the usage or non-usage of the information presented or by the usage of incorrect and incomplete information, in so far as there is no demonstrable intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of the author.
All propositions are non-binding and without obligation. The author expressly reserves the right to amend, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire proposition or to cease publication temporarily or definitively.
2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites ('hyperlinks') that lie outside the author's area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only arise in the case that the author is aware of the content and it is possible and reasonable from a technical point of view for him/her to prevent usage in the case of illegal content.
The author hereby expressly declares that at the time the links were placed, no illegal content on the pages to be linked was identifiable. The author has no influence at all on the current and future form, content or authorship of the linked/connected pages. He/she accordingly disassociates himself/herself from the content of all linked/connected pages that are changed after the links were put in place. This statement applies for all links and references placed as part of the company's own Internet proposition, as well as for external entries in visitors' books, discussion forums, lists of links and mailing lists set up by the author and in all other types of databases where there is write access in respect of their content. The author endeavours to comply with the copyrights for the images, graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts used in all the publications, to use images, graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts that he/she has created himself/herself or to utilise public-domain images, graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts.
All trademarks and brandnames quoted as part of the Internet proposition that may be protected by third parties are governed unrestrictedly by the provisions of the respective trademark law and by the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. Just because a trademark is mentioned, it must not be concluded that it is not protected by third-party rights!
The copyright for objects published and created by the author himself/herself remains solely with the pages' author. The reproduction or usage of such images, graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the author's express consent.
4. Data protection
If there is an option for inputting personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, street addresses) as part of the Internet proposition then this data is divulged by the user on an exclusively voluntary basis. The utilisation of and payment for all services offered is - in so far as technically feasible and reasonable - also permitted without the provision of such data or by providing anonymised data or a pseudonym. The use of contact details published in the imprint or in similar statements such as postal addresses, phone and fax numbers or e-mail addresses by third parties for the dispatching of information that has not been expressly requested is not permitted. In the event of a violation of this ban, the right is expressly reserved to take legal steps against the sender of what are known as 'spam e-mails'.
5. Legal validity of this exclusion of liability
This exclusion of liability is to be considered to be part of the Internet proposition on which basis this page was referred to. If parts of or individual wordings of this text do not comply in whole or part with, or else no longer comply with, the applicable legal situation then this does not affect the remaining parts of the document in respect of their content and validity.
